2023 Christine Strain Memorial Scholarship Recipient
We are excited to announce our 2023 recipient of the Christine Strain Memorial Scholarship, Elizabeth Pederson!
Liz stood out because of her academic excellence, leadership on her volleyball team and other extracurricular activities, and achievement in earning the 2023 Miss Edwardsburg crown, while also balancing part-time jobs. Her teacher said “Liz has an infectious, positive attitude while leading, and she always performs and completes tasks in a manner in which others want to follow!”
Liz will be studying biomedical engineering at Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ. We wish her the best of luck at college this fall!
